It takes the average British holidaymaker almost 24 hours of online research before they feel confident enough to make the ‘book now’ commitment for their next holiday. That’s the equivalent of 3 working days. In that time, you could learn the fundamentals of a new instrument or language, or make it through the first two seasons of The Wire, or jump out of a plane 640 times, (with a parachute that is… otherwise you’re unlikely to make it to 640).

Anyway, the point is this:

Wouldn’t it be nice if holiday providers made the choice easier and quicker by providing comprehensive aerial footage of the destination, or venue? That way you wouldn’t have to consult grainy google maps images to get an idea of the surroundings, or count the number of sun-beds along the side of the pool to get an idea of how big it is, or trust a subjective opinion that the garden is huge, and the area is beautiful – all you’ll have to do is watch a video, complete with chirpy background music, or scroll through a few high-quality images, and you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Aerial video and photography doesn’t leave much to the imagination, in the best possible way.

What about holiday providers?

Whether you’re an Airbnb host, a hotelier, or travel agent, aerial footage works hard to sell your product, so you can don’t have to.  If a picture says a thousand words, then an aerial video has got you covered for at least 50,000. Until now it was difficult to make a beautiful, one-of-a-kind venue stand out, especially in such a saturated market.
